SOTW: Textop.us

So this week I was doing my typical daily activites of updating code in my IRC bot for Justin.tv and I came across a situation where I had a lot of duplicate lines (A LOT OF THEM) so I was looking for an application to kill duplicate lines but instead I came across something better! I came across a site known as Textop.us.

So what’s so special about an site that finds duplicates, why does it deserve a blog post for Site of the Week (SOTW)?  Those are the questions that you are probably asking yourself! Well sure enough it isn’t just a site that finds line duplicates it can do SEVERAL handy things without the need of installing an external application. Textop.us can also do things like sorting lines, filtering lines, reversing lines, shuffling lines, etc. It can even do things as advanced as Encryption!
